Sugar Maple Chalet. Nestled into peaceful, wooded mountain land, The Sugar Maple Chalet is approximately 7 minutes from Raystown Lake and the 7 Points Marina. It sits on a sprawling expanse of 53 private acres and is surrounded by natural beauty and provides a wonderful rustic getaway while offering all of the convenient modern amenities of home. The Sugar Maple Chalet features custom Amish hickory cabinets, granite countertops, custom hickory floors, and knotty pine walls throughout the entire home, including the fully finished lower level.A large, inviting master suite with a private bath highlights the main living area of the chalet. A large dining area and an expansive living room complete the open floor plan theme. An upper level includes 2 full bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and 2 additional sleeping lofts that house 2 pull out queen sleeper sofas. The completed lower level includes 1300 sq. ft. of finished space! Within the finished lower level are 2 additional bedrooms (2 twin beds and 1 king bed), a full bathroom, and a 700 sq. ft. recreation room. The recreation room offers an abundance of couches, 2 pull out sofa sleepers, and a 60 inch flat panel TV, Blu Ray DVD player, and a card/puzzle/game table.A relaxing covered porch overlooking the woods spans over half the home and is approximately 1200 sq. ft. If you are looking for the perfect combination of rustic looks, sprawling size, backwoods privacy, modern amenities, and close proximity to Raystown Lake, the Sugar Maple Chalet is a great place to make lasting memories with family and friends.2023 Summer Rates adjusted: Get 4 nights during the week or 3 night weekends for similar prices! Checkouts are set for Thursday & Sundays, let us know if you need special dates. For accurate pricing, please put in the correct number of people staying throughout your booking. Base rates shown include 8 people. Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented for an additional fee after booking through our cleaning team. Exterior security cameras are installed at the Chalet for safety and security. There are NO interior cameras of any kind inside of the home.************* Perpetual Offseason Specials************* Rent 3 nights and get 2 free. For dates between September 9th through May 15th every year rent Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday and get 2 additional nights free. This special does NOT apply to Holiday Weeks (ie. Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, New Years week, or Major Event Weeks in the Huntingdon County Area.) Check with us if those additional nights are available.
